Cancellation & Payment Policy
A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking for all private events and custom orders. For private jewelry-making experiences, if a cancellation notice is not given at least 72 hours before the event, deposits are forfeited. With at least 72 hours’ notice of cancellation, a refund will be issued.

All custom jewelry orders and bead sales are final.
​
There is a $20 outside Austin city limits surcharge.
